2024-2025 SPRING SEMESTER THREE-COURSE EXAM APPLICATION

 

ONLY STUDENTS WHO ARE IN GRADUATE STATUS CAN APPLY.

 

According to Article 17 of Karamanoğlu Mehmetbey University Associate and Undergraduate Education-Teaching and Examination Regulation, three-course exams are held within our University and the three-course exams will be applied in accordance with the principles stated below.

 

1) Article 17(4) (Amended: Official Gazette - 08/10/2021-31622) Students who have fulfilled the attendance requirement (without a DZ grade) and have at most three failed courses left in order to graduate are given the right to take exams for these courses on the dates determined by the relevant unit if they apply with a petition. Students who have not completed their compulsory internship can also benefit from this right. Students who receive a grade of 60 and above from this exam are considered successful. Students who use only three-course exam rights do not pay contribution fee/tuition fee and cannot benefit from student rights.

 

2) All course exams will be held face-to-face.

 

3) Students will apply for three-course exams by submitting a petition to the Vocational School Directorate where they study in person or via e-mail.

 

4) Applications received by the Vocational School secretariats will be evaluated by the units and reported to the Student Affairs Department in writing along with the student and course lists for the preparation of the exams.

 

5) The exam application schedule is stated below.

The student is responsible for any grievances arising from false statements.
