Registration Information

Each registered user may submit up to two abstracts or papers. A single registration fee covers the presentation of only one abstract or paper. A 50% discount will be applied for the second submission. Registration is required for conference participation. At least one author of each submitted abstract or paper must register and attend the conference.

Virtual Participation

IntCERD 2026 offers an online participation option for individuals who are unable to attend in person. All conference sessions will be available virtually, and online participants will receive certificates as well as the chance to present their papers or posters live during the scheduled sessions.

Important Notes

• Please state the title of your paper during registration and payment. • For each accepted paper, at least one author must complete registration and attend IntCERD 2026 to present the work. • The registration fee does not include transportation, visa, insurance, or tour expenses. • Submissions should be made through the Microsoft Conference Management Toolkit (CMT). • For registration-related questions, please contact the Conference Secretariat at intcerd@kmu.edu.tr.
