Within the scope of the İŞKUR Youth Program, our Center's Deputy Director, Dr. Yuluğ Tigin Balcı, gave a seminar to students on the topics of Work Ethics, Motivation, and Stress. The seminar covered topics such as the definition of work ethics, various definitions of motivation and ways to increase motivation, as well as the consequences of stress in the workplace and methods of coping with stress.
