The aim of the program is to train competent tourist guides and prospective mid- to upper-level managers for the tourism sector through a scientific and high-quality education. Within this framework, the program seeks to educate individuals who possess a strong command of at least one foreign language; have a thorough knowledge of Türkiye’s history, culture, and geography; develop strong communication skills; think analytically; and acquire problem-solving, management, and organizational competencies. In addition, the program aims to cultivate professionals who are committed to fundamental social values such as tolerance, courtesy, respect, and integrity, and who demonstrate strong leadership and representation skills.
