Tarihçe-Tanıtımı

 

 

                  11.07.1992 tarih ve 21281 sayılı Resmi Gazete’de yayımlanan 3837 sayılı Kanun’la; İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi kurulmuştur. 1993-1994 eğitim-öğretim yılında İşletme Bölümü'ne 52 öğrenci alarak eğitim-öğretime başlamıştır. Yükseköğretim Yürütme Kurulunun 26.01.1995 tarihli toplantısında İktisat Bölümü kurulmuş ve 18.04.1995 tarihli toplantısında da 70 öğrenci alınmasına izin verilmiştir. Yükseköğretim Yürütme Kurulu’nun 29.02.1996 tarihli toplantısında İktisat ve İşletme bölümlerinde ikinci öğretim programlarına öğrenci alınmasına izin verilmiş ve 1996 – 1997 eğitim öğretim yılında öğrenci alınmıştır.
                2001 yılında Kamu Yönetimi Bolumu normal ve ikinci öğretime açılmış ve 2001 – 2002 eğitim öğretim yılında normal öğretim, 2002 – 2003 eğitim – öğretim yılında ise ikinci öğretim programına öğrenci alınarak program sayısı altıya ulaşmıştır. 2015 Yılında ise Kamu Yönetimi Bölümü’nün ismi değiştirilerek Siyaset Bilimi ve Kamu Yönetimi olarak düzenlenmiş son olarak 2017 yılında ise Siyaset Bilimi ve Uluslararası İlişkiler Bölümüne öğrenci alımı gerçekleştirilerek eğitim-öğretime devam edilmiştir. İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi bugün halen bu 8 programda kayıtlı 2655 öğrenci ile eğitim – öğretim faaliyetlerini sürdürmektedir. Diğer yandan, Rektörlüğümüz Yabancı Diller Bölüm Başkanlığı tarafından 2012-2013 eğitim öğretim yılında da fakültemiz bölümlerinde bir yıl süreli isteğe bağlı İngilizce hazırlık öğretimi devam etmiştir.
                İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi olarak amacımız; bilimsel bilgi ışığında değişim ve gelişime açık, toplumsal duyarlılık ve sorumluk taşıyan, bilgiye erişme yöntemlerini öğrenmiş, sorun çözme yeteneği gelişmiş, alanlarında ulusal ve uluslararası standartlarda hizmet üretebilen çağdaş, demokratik, laik ve sosyal hukuk devleti değerlerine bağlı bireyler yetiştirmektir.
 
Sevgi, saygı ve hoşgörüye dayalı bir kurum kültürü oluşturmak, farklı mesleki alanlarda eğitilmiş üstün vasıflara sahip teknik elemanlar yetiştirmek, ekip ruhu ile çalışarak farklı ve tercih edilen bir eğitim-öğretim birimi olmak en önemli görev ve idealimizdir.

 

 

Faculty Introduction Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences was established based on Law No. 3837, published in the Official Newspaper dated 11.07.1992 and numbered 21281. The Department of Business Administration got started education with 52 students in the academic year of 1993-1994. The Department of Economics was established at the meeting of Higher Education Executive Board on 26.01.1995 and it was allowed to take 70 students at the meeting dated 18.04.1995. At the meeting of Higher Education Executive Board on 29.02.1996, Economics and Business Administration departments were allowed to accept students for secondary education programs in 1996-1997 academic year. In 2001, the Public Administration Department was started its normal and secondary education. In 2001 - 2002 academic year, normal education program and in 2002 - 2003 academic year secondary education program accepted students and overall the number of programs under the faculty reached six. Currently, the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences continues its educational activities with 3274 students enrolled in these 6 programs. Furthermore Department of Finance, Department of Labour Economics and Industrial Relations, Department of Political Science and International Relations and Department of Econometrics are launched but not accepted students yet. On the other hand, in the 2010-2011 academic year, the Department of Foreign Languages Department of the Rectorate continued to one year of English preparatory education for Business and Economics Departments of the faculty on arbitrarily basis. As Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences our goal is to educate individuals depending on values of democratic, secular and social-law state who are open to being changed and open to development under the scientific knowledge light, carries social sensitivity and responsibility, knows methods of accessing scientific knowledge, possess’ problem solving ability and can produce services in national and international standards in their own field. Our most important mission and idea is to create a corporate culture based on love, respect and tolerance; to educate technical personnel trained in different professional fields with superior qualifications and being a different and preferred education center by working with a team spirit.
