Please inform the Departmental Internship Committee and the Head of the Department without delay in any extraordinary situation you encounter during your internship (getting sick and getting a medical report, having to leave the internship due to force majeure, exposure to work accident, etc.). While giving information, send a petition and additional documents (health report, etc.) indicating the unusual situation you have experienced. Providing information in such cases is extremely important in terms of internship follow-up, evaluation and safety.
