Description

At the TÜBİTAK 2238 Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition, the device named "Third Eye" developed by the Asst. Prof. Ayşe ELDEM within the scope of her doctoral thesis was deemed worthy of the First Prize in the Social Entrepreneurship Category. Thanks to the developed 'Third Eye' device, the visually impaired will be able to read the text they want by converting them into Braille letters. The device was developed with the aim of ending the dependence of visually impaired individuals, especially in reading text, to other people, increasing the literacy rate, and ensuring the socialization of visually impaired individuals.
