Computer Engineering is a discipline which is very active and rapidly developing. The pioneers of this change will undoubtedly be computer engineers, while rapidly moving to a new structure called information society today.

The field of computer engineering covers all aspects of computer hardware and software. Its main areas of interest are algorithms, artificial intelligence, bioinformatics, computer architecture, computer graphics, computer networks, microprocessors, embedded systems, computer vision, natural language processing, cryptography, database systems, parallel systems, scientific computing and software engineering.
The opportunities for computer engineers to find jobs both at domestic and abroad are quite extensive. They can find work as a product consultant (MS / ORACLE / SAP) or a consultant engineer in companies that produce software technology that operate in various fields in companies that produce software technology, large computing centers, data processing centers of large companies, research centers, GSM companies, banks, universities and public institutions. Besides these, they can also make an academic career by having master and doctorate degree in computer engineering department.
