Kamil Özdağ Faculty of Science, which was established on 20.01.2007, started education and training activities in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics departments by taking students in 2009-2010 academic year. In addition to these departments, the Department of Statistics in 2011, the Department of Mathematics and Computing in 2015, the Department of Biotechnology in 2015 and the Department of Biochemistry were established in 2017. The building was built by Saray Company. It has a closed area of ​​4,650 m² and consists of 1 block. The current block consists of Academic and Administrative offices, laboratories and application areas with a total of 8 classrooms. In addition, each division has its own student and research lab. Faculty members carry out many research projects supported by national and international institutions and organizations such as TUBITAK, SPO, BAP, Ministry of Industry and the EU. In addition to education and training in the faculty, highly efficient and productive work is also taking place in the area of ​​research and publication.

In addition to scientific studies, there is a perfect environment for social, sporting and educational purposes where students to use in the university campus. There is a swimming pool, tennis courts, miniature soccer fields in the university campus.

Kamil Özdağ Faculty of Science with experienced academics in their field, teaches students not only to give  pure theoretical information but also to look at them from a critical point of view and to pass thoughts; providing the training of individuals with professional knowledge and skills to use them in their fields; The departments have their mission to coordinate the continuous development of their programs, to evaluate these programs and to carry them out effectively, to carry out the necessary work for raising the quality of education in all departments, and to implement new education and training models in consideration of the needs of the age and society.

Kamil Özdağ Faculty of Science aims to provide students, academics, public and private organizations with a preference for our faculty, to be a privileged institution with respect to public institutions, to lead university-industry cooperation, to implement a participatory management model, to create opportunities to meet social, cultural, artistic and sportive development needs and to become a model faculty that national and international state or private universities aim to achieve.
