The Mevlana Exchange Programme is a programme that enables the exchange of students and faculty members between higher education institutions providing education in the country and higher education institutions providing continuing education. With the regulation published in the Official Gazette on 23 August 2011 under number 28034, the way has been opened for the exchange of students and teachers between higher education institutions abroad and higher education programmes in the administration.
Unlike other exchange programmes, the mobility of the exchange programme outside the region of each department includes integrated higher education institutions.
Students wishing to take part in the exchange can benefit from the programme for a minimum of one semester and a maximum of two semesters; teachers can benefit from the programme for a minimum of one week and a maximum of three months. Similarly, students and faculty members from all regions of the world will be able to live in higher education in Türkiye.
