Nano-Technology R&D Laboratory

Nano-Technology R & D Laboratory is an active one in Karamanoglu Mehmetbey University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering and it was established in 2013. In the laboratory, the synthesis of organic, inorganic and biological based nanomaterials used in advanced technology researches and their structural, morphological and electrical characterizations are performed. In addition, the production, characterization and designing of microelectronics (field effect transistor, Schottky diode, p-n junction and metal oxide/insulator-semiconductor heterojunction) and optoelectronics (solar cells, light emitting research and analysis opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students as well as other visitors from both inside and outside of the university.
