TÖMER'e kayıt için neler gerekmektedir?
- Kayıt yaptırmak isteyen öğrencilerin, gerekli ödeme dekontu ve pasaport fotokopileri ile KMÜ TÖMER web sitesinin "Kayıt" bölümünden kayıt işlemi yapması gerekmektedir.

Üniversite öğrencisi olmayıp Türkiye’ye turist olarak giriş yapanlar TÖMER’e kayıt yaptırsalar bile oturma izni alamazlar ve ülkelerine dönmek zorundadırlar. Bu durumdaki kişiler TÖMER’e kayıt olsalar bile ülkelerine dönecekleri için Türkçe kursları sona erer. Ödedikleri ücretler iade edilmez. KMÜ TÖMER bu durumdaki kişilere yeni kurs açmak zorunda değildir.
Oturma izni olanların davet mektubu almasına gerek yoktur. Bu kişiler kursa kaydolabilir. Eğitim dışında bir başka amaçla oturma izni almış olanlar TÖMER'e kayıt yaptırdıktan sonra oturma izinlerini eğitim gerekçesiyle uzatamazlar. Göç İdaresi oturma izni verdiği kişilerin statüsünü değiştirmemektedir. Herhangi bir sebeple oturma izni iptal edilen veya Göç İdaresi tarafından oturma izni süresi uzatılmayan kişilere ödedikleri ücretler iade edilmez. Kayıt oldukları kurslar için TÖMER başka bir planlama yapmak zorunda değildir.

Those who are not university students and enter Turkey as tourists cannot obtain a residence permit even if they register at TÖMER and must return to their country. Even if they enroll in TÖMER, their Turkish courses will be terminated as they will return to their countries. The fees they have paid will not be refunded. KMU TÖMER is not obliged to open new courses for people in this situation.
Those with a residence permit do not need to receive an invitation letter. These people can register for the course. Those who have a residence permit for purposes other than education cannot extend their residence permits on the grounds of education after registering at TÖMER. The Immigration Administration does not change the status of persons to whom it has issued a residence permit. Persons whose residence permits are canceled for any reason or whose residence permits are not extended by the Immigration Administration will not receive a refund of the fees they have paid. TÖMER is not obliged to make any other plans for the courses they have registered for.
