Associate Professor Dr. Kemal Kamacı, a faculty member of our department, met with students of Necip Fazıl Kısakürek Secondary School in Konya on March 27, 2026, within the scope of TÜBİTAK Science Talks.

During the event, Dr. Kamacı delivered a presentation titled “The New Era in Logistics and Smart Transportation,” where he shared recent developments in the logistics sector and ongoing technological transformations. He also provided valuable insights into smart transportation systems, digitalization, sustainable logistics, as well as future professions and career opportunities in the field of logistics.

The talk attracted great interest from students and was enriched by an interactive question-and-answer session. At the end of the program, students gained awareness of logistics and smart transportation systems while being encouraged to think scientifically.

Our department will continue to take part in such events that contribute to transferring scientific knowledge and experience to younger generations.
