An Occupational Health and Safety training was organized for the students of the Department of International Trade and Logistics in order to raise awareness before their Workplace Training. The training was delivered by Lecturer Muhammed Yunus Emre Karaman.

During the training, the importance of occupational health and safety in working life was emphasized, while potential risks that students may encounter and the precautions to be taken against these risks were discussed in detail. Topics such as the prevention of workplace accidents, safe working methods, and legal responsibilities of employees were also comprehensively covered.

Aiming to ensure that students start their workplace training process more consciously and prepared, the program included not only theoretical knowledge but also practical examples from everyday working life.

In the Q&A session held at the end of the training, students had the opportunity to ask their questions directly and stated that the program was highly beneficial for them.

The program was completed with strong interest and active participation from the students.
