Objectives
 
Call Center Services Associate Degree Program is to train human resources that foster basic principles, processes and management of the call center sector, establish effective communication and create customer loyalty.
 
Parallel to the development of the call center sector in our country, the need for qualified personnel also increases. For this reason, it is aimed to provide employment opportunities in the sector through distance education to those who are interested in the sector and want to specialize in this field by training.
 
Graduation Conditions
 
Students who have taken 120 ECTS credits in the Call Center Services Associate Degree Program and have successfully completed all the courses, who do not have FF, YZ, DZ, who have a GPA of at least 2.00 and who fulfill other requirements can graduate. No undergraduate credit can be graduated from these credits.
 
Students who fulfill the graduation requirements in the Call Center Services Associate Degree Program receive the "Open Education Faculty Call Center Services Associate Degree Program Diploma".
