HISTORY

FACULTY OF EDUCATION

Our faculty was proposed to be established with the consecutivedecisions of the University Senate dated 21.04.2011 and numbered 03.2011/15, General Board of Higher Education Council dated 25/08/2011 and numbered 16; and upon the official letter ofthe Ministry of National Education dated 06/12/2011 and numbered 24055, it was decided to be established with the decision of Cabinet of Ministers dated 16/12/2011 and numbered 2011/2605 in accordance with the additional 30^th article of the law 2809 dated 28.03.1983. The decision was published in the Official Journal dated January 10, 2012, and numbered 28169, and the faculty started education and training.

The proposal for the foundation of departments and branches of our faculty was examined in the meeting of Higher Education Council dated 22.02.2012 and it wasapproved to set up the following branches and departments within the faculty in accordance with the article 7/d-2 of the Lawno 2547, which wasamended by the Law 2880.
