(Karamanoğlu Mehmetbey University Associate and Undergraduate Education-Teaching and Examination Regulations - Article 26: Deletion or Removal of Registration)

ARTICLE 26- (1) (Amended: RG-29/08/2025-33001) If the student; a) has been determined by the decision of the relevant administrative/disciplinary board that he/she has submitted false, inaccurate or incomplete documents or made false statements during registration, b) has been expelled from the higher education institution according to the provisions of Article 54 of Law No. 2547, c) If he/she wishes to cancel his/her registration with his/her own written request, he/she can apply to the relevant academic unit and with the decision of the unit management board, ç) In case of being an international student, if he/she does not continue his/her education by not registering for courses and/or not paying the fees for two consecutive years, with the decision of the relevant unit management board, d) If he/she cannot meet the success criteria stipulated in Article 44, paragraph (c) of Law No. 2547 for graduation at the end of the maximum period of study, his/her relationship with the University is terminated.

ARTICLE 13 -  Article 26 of the same Regulation   has been amended as follows.

“ARTICLE 26- (1) The student;

a) If it has been determined by the decision of the relevant management/disciplinary board that the applicant has provided false, inaccurate or incomplete documents or made false statements during registration,

b) Having received a penalty of expulsion from the higher education institution in accordance with the provisions of Article 54 of Law No. 2547,

c) If the student wishes to cancel his/her registration with his/her own written request, he/she can apply to the relevant academic unit and with the decision of the unit's board of directors.

d) In case of international students, if they do not continue their education by not registering for courses and/or not paying fees for two consecutive years, with the decision of the relevant unit's board of directors,

d) If the student cannot meet the success criteria stipulated in paragraph (c) of Article 44 of Law No. 2547 in order to graduate at the end of the maximum education period   ,

His/her relationship with the university is terminated.”
