The Property Protection and Security Department, Emergency and Disaster Management Program aims to train expert individuals in their fields in order to ensure that society becomes resilient against natural disasters, man-made and technological disasters. We aim to provide knowledge and skills in reducing disaster risks, developing intervention strategies and improving crisis management processes with an interdisciplinary approach. Our program provides a pioneering education in its field with its curriculum in line with national and international standards, and is a program that prioritizes national problems in line with universal standards. Our program also offers employment opportunities in public institutions, the private sector and civil society organizations. Our ultimate goal is to contribute to the security of society by training individuals who have adopted a sustainable disaster management approach.
