Dear Students,

Our faculty and department graduation ceremony will be held on June 5 at 2:30 PM in the 15 July Conference Hall. A rehearsal for the ceremony will be organized on a date to be announced later. In this context, the distribution of caps and gowns for students who will participate in the graduation ceremony will begin between May 18–22. You may collect your cap and gown from our department staff member, Research Assistant Aytunç Ülker. During the distribution, a fee of 800 TL will be collected. After the graduation ceremony, 100 TL will be deducted as a cleaning fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded. Students who do not return their caps and gowns will not receive a refund. A fee of 150 TL will be charged for lost caps. Due to the expected crowd on the day of the ceremony, cap and gown returns will not be accepted after the ceremony. The return dates for caps and gowns are between June 8–10.
