The 2026 Academic Board Meeting was held at Karamanoğlu Mehmetbey University with the participation of Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Gavgalı, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Nevzat Aydın, and Dean of the Faculty of Science Prof. Dr. Sedat Pak. During the meeting, departments within the faculty delivered presentations on their activities from the previous term, and evaluations and requests regarding academic, administrative, and educational processes were shared.
At the end of the program, certificates of achievement were presented to the faculty members who achieved the highest academic incentive scores within their departments: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tahir Savran, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Buğrahan Emsen, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Erdi Akman, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Merve Kara, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hasan Yıldırım, and Asst. Prof. Dr. Gül Karaduman. In addition, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kağan Şarlar was also honored with a certificate of achievement for his project supported under the TÜBİTAK 3501 – Career Development Program.
