On April 30, 2026, the 'Golden Ratio Hunters' event was organized by the Mathematics Club under the guidance of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Merve Kara, with the participation of numerous students and academics. During the trip, prominent historical sites of Karaman, including the Imaret Mosque, Aktekke Mosque, Hatuniye Madrasah, Karaman Museum, Tartan Mansion, and Hürrem Dayı House, were visited. Participants explored and photographed the traces of mathematical structures within these unique architectural masterpieces.

The Karaman Museum was toured with a professional guide, where artifacts dating back to 5000 BC were closely examined. We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our Faculty Dean, Prof. Dr. Sedat PAK, and our organization guide, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Merve KARA, for their contributions to this productive event aimed at preserving our cultural heritage and passing it on to future generations.
