Arif Ertürk Atalar, Coordinator of the National Technology Workshop, visited the Kâmil Özdağ Faculty of Science on July 28, 2026, to meet with Dean Prof. Dr. Sedat Pak and our esteemed faculty members. The visit aimed to discuss the opportunities provided by the TÜBİTAK National Technology Workshop, which was established at our university under the leadership of the Ministry of Industry and Technology and with the support of TÜBİTAK, as well as the processes of the TÜBİTAK National Technology Clubs Union.

During this highly productive meeting, it was stated that once the workshop becomes operational, faculty students and academicians will be able to actively use advanced equipment such as 3D printers, CNC routers, lathes, and milling machines. Furthermore, materials required for projects will be supplied directly through the workshop.

Emphasizing the importance of joint research activities, student visits, scientific presentations, and potential collaborations that can be carried out within the scope of future TÜBİTAK projects, it was highlighted that the doors of the workshop are wide open to all stakeholders.
