2026–2027 Fall Semester Graduation Project I Preference Procedures

Attention to our undergraduate students who will take the Graduation Project I course:

Preference Form: Students taking the graduation project I must fill out the attached Graduation Project Preference Form completely and submit it. (Please ensure that the completed form does not exceed one page.)

For Continuing Students From the Previous Academic Year: Students who took the Graduation Project II course last year and wish to continue with the same advisor may send an informative e-mail stating this request[cite: 1].

Submission Address: Completed preference forms or advisor continuation e-mails must be sent to gulizarasir@kmu.edu.tr.

Deadline: September 30, 2026

Important Note: Advisor assignments for students who do not submit their preferences or send an informative e-mail by the specified date will be assigned at random. It is strongly advised to adhere to the deadline to avoid any inconvenience.
