ANNOUNCEMENT: Recognition of Pedagogical Formation Courses as Elective Courses

Attention to our department students;

Students who wish to count their previously taken pedagogical formation courses as non-departmental elective courses must complete the following steps:

1. Required Documents

Application petition template provided below (completed and signed)
Official up-to-date transcript

2. Application Procedure

Submit the signed petition form and transcript directly to your academic advisor.
Documents may be submitted in person or emailed to the advisor as a scanned PDF copy.
Once reviewed and approved by the advisor, the documents will be submitted to the Department Secretariat.

3. Deadline

All documents must be submitted to advisors no later than September 24, 2026, at 12:00 PM. Applications received after this deadline will not be processed.
