Department of Mathematics

Students in the Department of Mathematics at KMU for the Spring 2025–2026 semester turned their assignments for the “History of Mathematics” course into an exemplary social responsibility project.

Various fundamental classical works in the history of mathematics were recorded as audiobooks for the visually impaired and added to the library’s collection.

We would like to extend our gratitude to the course instructor and our Department’s Coordinator for Students with Disabilities, Prof. Dr. Eylem GÜZEL KARPUZ, who guided and coordinated the students, as well as to all the students who participated in this wonderful project.
