The Future Data Scientists Are Determined According to the 2026 YKS Placement Results of KMU Department of Data Science and Analytics

According to the 2026 Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS) placement results announced by the Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM), the Karamanoğlu Mehmetbey University (KMÜ) Department of Data Science and Analytics has achieved great success once again this year. Our department, which started its educational journey and welcomed its first students last year, has reached a 100% occupancy rate for the second consecutive time by filling its entire quota of 41 students opened for the 2026-2027 academic year.

Acting with the vision of training the well-equipped human resources most needed in the digital age, our department was met with intense interest from prospective students. As a reflection of this strong favor, a remarkable upward momentum was achieved in our department's base scores and success rankings compared to the previous year. This resulting picture has once again proven how confidently our department is growing with our dynamic academic staff and how it has become one of the top choices for candidates.
