The purpose of the meeting is to clearly plan the roadmap of our project, to plan the timeline of the activities according to the availability and requirements of the partners, each partner how to carry out the different activities (content, strategy, timing, budgeting) etc., how to produce the intellectual outputs, for the general project related issues Erasmus plus rules set the framework for each activity. In accordance with our objectives, we have successfully achieved all the objectives stated at this meeting. |

Participants were the project coordinators of each partner, selected by each partner based on skills, qualifications and commitments. Except for the Austrian Partner's participants who could not attend this meeting, 2 people from each partner attended this meeting. ( Host institution 4 persons ) To meet the above objectives, we then held an online meeting with this partner. |

He stated that he is fully aware of these common responsibilities and will fulfill his duties. This partner (due to missing the meeting) will make the necessary budget cut from his/her budget.
The host partner was the Spanish partner and this meeting took place in Granada. All necessary equipment was provided by the host institution. |
