The main purpose of this LTT was to exchange ideas among the participants by organizing various activities and joint learning activities.
In the project proposal, LTT2 was planned to be run in Greece, but after consultation with all partners and rescheduling of this LTT, all partners decided to run this LTT in Italy. Here, available hours for students, IT professionals and IT companies were considered. Our Greek partner said that this period is not very suitable. Therefore, with the approval of all partners, LTT2 was held in Italy.
The structure of this LTT was a 5-day event and was planned to be similar in format to C1 (LTT1).

-one. Day 1: A game was played where everyone wrote their name, expertise, field of work, special interests in IT and career goals in IT on papers distributed to different participants. As part of the ice breaking event, this event helped us to listen to each other more carefully and to understand teamwork.
-Individual and group learning activities carried out like an informatics mobile application game were presented as individual learning exercises where each participant had a name, quick questions about IT on the big screen, and each person answered the questions on their mobile phones. indicates how much knowledge participants have on different IT topics.
-A group learning intervention on “Basic Skills in Informatics Sectors” was carried out and the participants were trained in social skills such as active listening, teamwork and presenting ideas.
-2. Day 1: Host partner provided further training on “Key Soft Skills in IT Industries”;
- Ways of adapting the emotional and psychological states of young people in the IT sector to workplace changes were discussed.
-A training event was held on how young people should interact with others at work, how to communicate effectively and how to present their ideas to others.
The trainers were IT professionals and university IT students who shared their experience with soft skills in the IT industries, there was a lot of interactive communication between the participants, many participants shared their ideas and experiences and stories of how social skills helped them find a job.
Day 3: IT company visit was made. This company is sponsored by Universita La Sapienza and was founded by a group of IT students. The participants are the RS, Volkswagen, Enel, etc., competing in various competitions. The participants of this IT company, which competes in various sectors, visited the main activity factory of the company, where it produces “Electric CARS” with the support of many sponsors. The participants, who were also taken to the actual vehicle production facility of the company, watched the production and maintenance processes of the vehicles while the real personnel were on duty, asked questions and communicated with various experts. Here they learned the real working environment.
Day 4: Trainings were given on how local IT companies in Cori and nearby regions work in Italy, what they do, how they do it, what kind of services they offer to the public and for their own business operations

2 IT graduate students explained the working processes of the company they founded to help local farmers promote and sell their local products on online platforms. Emphasis was placed on the role of IT specialists between producers and consumers.
They also shared their experiences about the opportunities and possibilities for IT youth today.
Day 5: Role plays were held in which all participants took part in the IT sectors and youth workers assumed roles such as HR managers. HR managers will interview job applicants. Each young person had 10 minutes to explain their IT job skills and the HR manager analyzed their resumes and ideas. With this group work, they learned how subjects such as social skills and technical competencies developed by young people can contribute to their careers.
-Evaluation of the entire program:
Each participant commented on the topics learned, various interventions and future designs. Comments made are considered a good summary of the entire week.
