In the intensive meetings that lasted for 2 days at TPM2, we evaluated the activities we have carried out so far, intellectual outputs and activities such as LTT, and examined the works up to the Italy activity. By identifying the activities that each of the partners could not participate in, the work done in the activity that the partner missed was summarized. Evaluations were made about whether they produced intellectual outputs in appropriate formats. Accordingly, we have planned each partner's corporate specific tasks for the remainder of the project timeline, responsibilities and duties.
In addition, solutions to emerging problems such as planning upcoming events (LTT 3, LTT 4 and LTT 5 and TPM 3 ) and changing the programs according to the main objectives of the project were emphasized. We've clarified the responsibilities of each partner, etc. In particular, the learning interventions planned in C3,C4,C5 were recreated in collaboration with the optimum program format.
So far we have worked on the analysis of the intellectual outputs produced by each partner to determine if any changes are needed. We informed each partner to produce their Intellectual outputs in appropriate formats (logos, font size, down to details such as paper design).
In addition, administrative issues such as budget expenditures of the project, collection of evidence, uploading documents to digital platforms (google drive), informing the coordinator about timelines (workproof) and other official regulations were discussed.
We reconsidered the decisions we made at the TPM event we held earlier. The measures to be taken to eliminate the deficiencies observed in LTT activities were discussed. The contents and delivery dates of the intellectual outputs were determined. Information was given about the contents of the topics to be discussed at LTT 4. Our expectations from Finland, which will be our host country partner, were expressed.
