ENHANCING THE DEMAND-DRIVEN YOUTH EMPLOYMENT IN IT SECTORS

TPM 3 (Transnational Meeting 3) Greece

Larissa / Greece

The third (final) TPM was scheduled for 3 months before the end of the project. However, since the duration of our project was shortened by our National Agency, it was held on 5-6 November 2022, about two months before the end of the project.

It was planned that 3 people from the coordinating institution and two people from the partner institutions would attend this TPM meeting. However, our Italian partner could not participate on the grounds that the 2 people he would send were covid. The Malta partner, on the other hand, could not participate, saying that they could not find participants as young people due to the start of the school term. Our Finnish partner, on the other hand, did not attend the TPM meeting, as they could not find participants like our Malta partner. 2 people from Karaman Technopark participated. TPM meeting was held with 3 participants from our Greek partner, the host institution.

A 2-day meeting was held according to the following works. The purpose of this meeting is to evaluate the results achieved so far, the materials produced and the intellectual outputs, to discuss/decide what to include more in the results, and to identify the deficiencies. In this context, the intellectual outputs were examined and evaluated for two days. The issues that were missing or that should be added later were discussed.

Efforts have been made to finalize the intellectual outputs.

In addition, each partner's individual responsibilities and efforts in the project were evaluated one by one. The mistakes made throughout the project, the difficulties we faced, the problems caused by COVID, etc. topics were discussed.

Based on our project, what other projects can be done were discussed.

In addition, information was given on how to carry out our dissemination activities, which subjects to pay attention to, and which documents to be sent to the coordinator regarding dissemination.

A summary of our work at TPM was sent to the partners who could not attend. In addition, the latest work to be done was explained in detail with a zoom meeting.

After the final conference and workshops, a roadmap was determined to continue disseminating the results. It has been determined how the results will be delivered to the relevant segments, IT companies and youth and youth workers in correct and appropriate formats.
