Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, our first meeting could not be held on time. For this, an online meeting was held and the planning of the project was transferred to the partners. The dates of the project activities were discussed in this online meeting. Detailed information was given about the budgets. It was explained how to prepare intellectual outputs. It was decided to carry out activities once the Covid -19 closures ended.
Then the first TPM was held in Karaman, Turkey. As the project manager of each partner, two people, 1 staff member and 1 person, were expected. However, our Italian partner and Greek partner could not attend the meeting due to Covid-19 measures. Our Malta partner also attended the meeting with one person.
With this meeting, the planning, monitoring and general management of the project were evaluated in all aspects. Participants from IT business partners, project management teams held a meeting.
Our main goals in the two-day meeting were:
-The timetable of the activities has been prepared.
Each activity was discussed and explained in detail (content, requirements, timing) including budget control training/plans.
-It was planned how to realize intellectual outputs such as research, drafting and dissemination in various formats.
-The dates of the short-term joint staff training (LTT 1, LTT 2, LTT 3, LTT 4, LTT 5 were determined. The lists of needs for these activities were determined in terms of place, time and resources.
The first of the transnational project meetings, the Karaman meeting, attended by academicians from the informatics sector, company owners and university students who want to get to know the project. Approximately 15 students participated in the activities held for 2 days.
