Attention For The Students Who Applied 2015 International Student Programme

The applications of the foreign national candidates listed below and who have applied for studying at our University for  2015-2016 Academic Year were checked by International Student Programme Executive Comitee  and the candidates have been approved to attend International Student Programme Exam which will be at our University  Yunus Emre Campus on 18th September, 2015. The candidates need to registrate to Directorate of Student Affairs with required documents on 8th September 2015 before 11 O’clock.

Note : There will be 25 questions involving general skills and basic mathematic skills in International Student Programme Exam which will be held on 8th September, 2015. Exam duration is 120 minutes. The results will be announced on 9th September 2015. The registration of the successfull students will be on 9-11 September 2015. The candidates need to bring the required documents listed below while coming to the International Student Exam.

Required Documents for Registration:

1. The original high school diploma or a temporary school leaving certificate  and Turkish translation of the diploma or school leaving certificate approved by notary or Turkish Foreign Representative ( Turkish Embassy)

2. Financial Guarantee Letter:  The international students who want to study in Turkey must certify that their economic status is eligible for their study.

3. Identity card or Hardcopy of Pasaport pages which shows visa and identity information and Turkish translation of pages approved by notary or Turkish Foreign Representative

4. Student visa  which will be taken from Turkish Embassy in your country

5. The bank receipt showing the tuition fee is paid (tuition fee will be paid during the registration)

6. 6 Passport size Photographs

7. Transcript. Citizens of Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan don't require transcript,  their diplomas will be enough .

8. The candidates who are originally foreign national and have Turkish Citizenship afterwards need to bring extract of civil registry record from Civil Registry Office.

9. For the applications of the candidates who have Turkish Citizenship by born and have  departing permission from Ministry of Interior Affairs and their none mature children who are in the documents of departing Turkish citizenship requires confirmation paper which proves that person can use the rights of 5203th law from Turkish Representatives in foreign countries and a confirmed copy of offical ID card.

10. The candidates need to bring a bill of health confirmed by their countries’ legal health institutions and shows that student have no infectious disease or have no incurable ilnesses
