Department of Prosthetic Dentistry

 

It is a branch of science that deals with the diagnosis and treatment of dental deformities and missing teeth. In this branch of science, the aim is to restore the chewing function of the patient as well as to provide an aesthetic appearance.

 

In the field of prosthetic dentistry; removable partial dentures, full dentures, implant-supported dentures, fixed dentures, jaw-face dentures, etc. are applied.

 

The Department of Prosthetic Dentistry of our university was established in 2019 and is a department where education-training activities, academic studies and clinical studies will be carried out. There are currently 3 Assistant Professors working in our department.
